Terms and Conditions for Members of the Internet Shopping Mall “MORRIS Cyber Mall”
Article 1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions are intended to dene the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the cyber mall and its users in connection with the use of internet-related services hereinafter referred to as the “Service” provided by MORRIS Cyber Mall hereinafter referred to as the “Mall,” operated by MORRIS Co., Ltd. hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” an electronic commerce business operator.
These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to electronic commerce transactions conducted via PC communication, wireless communication, and other similar means, unless such application is contrary to the nature of such transactions.

Article 2. Denitions
① “Mall” refers to a virtual business place established by MORRIS Co., Ltd. using information and communications facilities such
as computers in order to provide goods or services hereinafter referred to as “Goods, etc.” to users and enable transactions of
such Goods, etc. The term may also refer to the business operator that operates the cyber mall.
② “User” refers to members and non-members who access the Mall and use the services provided by the Mall in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
③ “Member” refers to a person who has registered as a member of the Mall and is able to continuously use the services provided by the Mall.
④ “Non-member” refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Mall without registering as a member.
② “User” refers to members and non-members who access the Mall and use the services provided by the Mall in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
③ “Member” refers to a person who has registered as a member of the Mall and is able to continuously use the services provided by the Mall.
④ “Non-member” refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Mall without registering as a member.
Article 3. Display, Explanation, and Amendment of Terms and Conditions
① The Mall shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, the company name, the name of the representative, the address of the place of business including the address where consumer complaints may be handled, telephone number, fax number, email address, business registration number, mail-order business report number, and personal information protection o cer on the initial service screen of MORRIS Cyber Mall so that users can easily identify them. However, the contents of these Terms and Conditions may be made available through a linked screen.
② Before a user agrees to these Terms and Conditions, the Mall shall provide a separate linked screen, pop-up screen, or similar method so that the user can understand and con rm important matters speci ed in these Terms and Conditions, such as withdrawal of subscription, delivery responsibilities, and refund conditions.
③ The Mall may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such amendment does not violate relevant laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc., and the Framework Act on Consumers.
④ If the Mall amends these Terms and Conditions, it shall specify the e ective date and reason for amendment and announce them together with the current Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the Mall from seven days before the e ective date until the day before the e ective date. However, if the amendment is unfavorable to users, the Mall shall provide prior notice with a grace period of at least 30 days. In such case, the Mall shall clearly compare the contents before and after the amendment so that users can easily understand the changes.
⑤ If the Mall amends these Terms and Conditions, the amended Terms and Conditions shall apply only to contracts concluded on or after the e ective date, and the previous Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply to contracts already concluded before the e ective date. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract sends the Mall a request to apply the amended Terms and Conditions within the notice period under Paragraph 3 and obtains the Mall’s consent, the amended Terms and Conditions shall apply.
⑥ Matters not speci ed in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce, etc. established by the Fair Trade Commission, other relevant laws, and commercial practices.

Article 4. Provision and Change of Services
① The Mall shall perform the following duties.
1. Provision of information on Goods, etc. and conclusion of purchase contracts
2. Delivery of Goods, etc. for which purchase contracts have been concluded
3. Other duties determined by the Mall
② In the event of stock shortages of Goods, etc., changes in technical speci cations, or other circumstances, the Mall may change the contents of Goods, etc. to be provided under future contracts. In such case, the Mall shall immediately announce the changed contents of the Goods, etc. and the date of provision at the place where the current contents of the Goods, etc. are posted.
③ If the Mall changes the contents of the Service contracted with a user due to stock shortages of Goods, etc., changes in technical speci cations, or other reasons, the Mall shall immediately notify the user of the reason at an address where the user can be reached.
④ In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Mall shall compensate the user for any damages incurred as a result.
However, this shall not apply if the Mall proves that there was no willful misconduct or negligence.

③ If the Mall changes the contents of the Service contracted with a user due to stock shortages of Goods, etc., changes in technical speci cations, or other reasons, the Mall shall immediately notify the user of the reason at an address where the user can be reached.
④ In the case of the preceding paragraph, the Mall shall compensate the user for any damages incurred as a result.
However, this shall not apply if the Mall proves that there was no willful misconduct or negligence.
Article 5. Suspension of Services
① The Mall may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or failure of information and communications facilities such as computers, interruption of communication, or other similar circumstances.
② The Mall shall compensate users or third parties for damages caused by the temporary suspension of the Service due to the reasons stated in Paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply if the Mall proves that there was no willful misconduct or negligence.
③ If the Mall becomes unable to provide the Service due to a change of business type, abandonment of business, merger between companies, or other reasons, the Mall shall notify users in the manner prescribed in Article 8 and compensate consumers according to the conditions originally presented by the Mall. However, if the Mall has not noti ed users of compensation standards, the Mall shall pay users mileage, reward points, or similar bene ts in goods or cash equivalent to the currency value used in the Mall.
② The Mall shall compensate users or third parties for damages caused by the temporary suspension of the Service due to the reasons stated in Paragraph 1. However, this shall not apply if the Mall proves that there was no willful misconduct or negligence.
③ If the Mall becomes unable to provide the Service due to a change of business type, abandonment of business, merger between companies, or other reasons, the Mall shall notify users in the manner prescribed in Article 8 and compensate consumers according to the conditions originally presented by the Mall. However, if the Mall has not noti ed users of compensation standards, the Mall shall pay users mileage, reward points, or similar bene ts in goods or cash equivalent to the currency value used in the Mall.
Article 6. Membership Registration
① A user may apply for membership by entering member information in the registration form determined by the Mall and indicating consent to these Terms and Conditions.
② The Mall shall register users who apply for membership as described in Paragraph 1 unless any of the following apply.
1. The applicant has previously lost membership status pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions. However, an exception shall be made if three years have passed since the loss of membership status under Article 7, Paragraph 3 and the applicant has obtained the Mall’s approval for re-registration.
2. The registration information contains false information, omissions, or errors.
3. The Mall determines that registering the applicant as a member would cause signi cant technical di culties for the Mall
③ The membership registration contract shall be deemed established when the Mall’s acceptance reaches the member.
④ If there are any changes to the information registered at the time of membership registration, the member shall notify the Mall of such changes within a reasonable period by modifying member information or by other appropriate means.
② The Mall shall register users who apply for membership as described in Paragraph 1 unless any of the following apply.
1. The applicant has previously lost membership status pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions. However, an exception shall be made if three years have passed since the loss of membership status under Article 7, Paragraph 3 and the applicant has obtained the Mall’s approval for re-registration.

③ The membership registration contract shall be deemed established when the Mall’s acceptance reaches the member.
④ If there are any changes to the information registered at the time of membership registration, the member shall notify the Mall of such changes within a reasonable period by modifying member information or by other appropriate means.
Article 7. Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Membership Status
① A member may request withdrawal from the Mall at any time, and the Mall shall immediately process the membership withdrawal.
② If a member falls under any of the following, the Mall may restrict or suspend the member’s membership status.
1. The member registered false information at the time of application.
2. The member fails to pay by the due date the price of Goods, etc. purchased through the Mall or other obligations borne by the member in connection with the use of the Mall.
3. The member interferes with another person’s use of the Mall or misuses another person’s information, thereby threatening the order of electronic commerce.
4. The member uses the Mall to engage in acts prohibited by laws or these Terms and Conditions, or acts contrary to public order and morals.
③ If the same act is repeated two or more times after the Mall restricts or suspends membership status, or if the cause is not corrected within 30 days, the Mall may terminate the member’s membership status.
④ If the Mall terminates a member’s membership status, the Mall shall cancel the member registration. In such case, the Mall shall notify the member and provide the member with an opportunity to explain by setting a period of at least 30 days before canceling the member registration.

1. The member registered false information at the time of application.
2. The member fails to pay by the due date the price of Goods, etc. purchased through the Mall or other obligations borne by the member in connection with the use of the Mall.

Article 8. Notice to Members
① When the Mall gives notice to a member, it may do so by sending an email to the address previously designated by the member through agreement with the Mall.
② In the case of notices to an unspeci ed number of members, the Mall may replace individual notice by posting the notice on the Mall’s bulletin board for at least one week. However, matters that have a signi cant impact on a member’s own transaction shall be noti ed individually.

Article 9. Purchase Application
① Users of the Mall may apply for purchase through the following or similar methods on the Mall, and the Mall shall provide the following information in an easy-to-understand manner
when users apply for purchase.
1. Search and selection of Goods, etc.
2. Entry of the recipient’s name, address, telephone number, email address or mobile phone number
3. Con rmation of the Terms and Conditions, services for which the right of withdrawal is restricted, and costs such as delivery fees and installation fees
4. Indication of agreement to these Terms and Conditions and con rmation or rejection of the matters under Item 3, for example by mouse click
5. Application for purchase of Goods, etc. and con rmation thereof, or consent to con rmation by the Mall
6. Selection of payment method
② If the Mall needs to provide or outsource the purchaser’s personal information to a third party, it shall obtain the purchaser’s consent at the time of the actual purchase application and shall not obtain comprehensive consent in advance at the time of membership registration. In such case, the Mall shall specify to the purchaser the items of personal information provided, the recipient, the purpose of use by the recipient, and the retention and use period. However, if otherwise provided by relevant laws, such as outsourcing of personal information processing under Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., such laws shall apply.

Article 10. Formation of Contract
① The Mall may refuse to accept a purchase application under Article 9 if any of the following apply. However, when entering into a contract with a minor, the Mall shall notify the minor that the minor or the legal guardian may cancel the contract if consent from the legal guardian has not been obtained.
1. The application contains false information, omissions, or errors.
2. A minor purchases goods or services prohibited under the Youth Protection Act, such as tobacco or alcoholic beverages.
3. The Mall determines that accepting the purchase application would cause signi cant technical di culties for the Mall.
② The contract shall be deemed established when the Mall’s acceptance reaches the user in the form of a receipt con rmation notice under Article 12, Paragraph 1.
③ The Mall’s expression of acceptance shall include con rmation of the user’s purchase application, availability for sale, and information concerning correction or cancellation of the purchase application.
1. The application contains false information, omissions, or errors.
2. A minor purchases goods or services prohibited under the Youth Protection Act, such as tobacco or alcoholic beverages.
3. The Mall determines that accepting the purchase application would cause signi cant technical di culties for the Mall.
② The contract shall be deemed established when the Mall’s acceptance reaches the user in the form of a receipt con rmation notice under Article 12, Paragraph 1.
③ The Mall’s expression of acceptance shall include con rmation of the user’s purchase application, availability for sale, and information concerning correction or cancellation of the purchase application.
Article 11. Payment Methods
Payment for Goods, etc. purchased from the Mall may be made by any of the following available methods.
However, the Mall may not collect any additional fee under any name in relation to the user’s payment method.
1. Various account transfers, including phone banking, internet banking, and mail banking
2. Various card payments, including prepaid cards, debit cards, and credit cards
3. Online bank transfer without a bankbook
4. Payment by electronic money
5. Payment upon receipt
6. Payment using points provided by the Mall, such as mileage
7. Payment using gift certi cates contracted with or recognized by the Mall
8. Other electronic payment methods
However, the Mall may not collect any additional fee under any name in relation to the user’s payment method.

Article 12. Receipt Con rmation Notice, Change, and Cancellation of Purchase Application
① The Mall shall send a receipt con rmation notice to the user when the user makes a purchase application.
② If there is any discrepancy in the expression of intent, the user who receives the receipt con rmation notice may immediately request a change or cancellation of the purchase application after receiving the notice. If the user makes such request before delivery, the Mall shall process the request without delay. However, if payment has already been made, the provisions on withdrawal of subscription under Article 15 shall apply.
② If there is any discrepancy in the expression of intent, the user who receives the receipt con rmation notice may immediately request a change or cancellation of the purchase application after receiving the notice. If the user makes such request before delivery, the Mall shall process the request without delay. However, if payment has already been made, the provisions on withdrawal of subscription under Article 15 shall apply.
Article 13. Supply of Goods, etc.
① Unless otherwise agreed with the user regarding the timing of supply of Goods, etc., the Mall shall take necessary measures such as custom production and packaging so that the Goods, etc. can be delivered within seven days from the date the user places an order. However, if the Mall has already received all or part of the payment for the Goods, etc., the Mall shall take such measures within three business days from the date of receiving all or part of the payment. In such case, the Mall shall take appropriate measures so that the user can check the supply procedure and progress of the Goods, etc.
② The Mall shall specify the delivery method, the party responsible for delivery costs by method, and the delivery period by method for Goods purchased by the user. If the Mall exceeds the agreed delivery period, it shall compensate the user for damages caused thereby. However, this shall not apply if the Mall proves that there was no willful misconduct or negligence.

Article 14. Refund
If the Goods, etc. requested by the user cannot be delivered or provided due to being out of stock or for other reasons, the Mall shall notify the user of the reason without delay.
If payment for the Goods, etc. has been received in advance, the Mall shall refund the payment or take necessary measures for refund within three business days from the date of receiving the payment.

Article 15. Withdrawal of Subscription
① A user who has entered into a contract with the Mall for the purchase of Goods, etc. may withdraw the subscription within seven days from the date of receiving the written document concerning the contract details under Article 13, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. If the supply of Goods, etc. occurs later than the receipt of such written document, the period shall begin from the date the Goods, etc. are supplied or the supply begins. However, if the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. provides otherwise concerning withdrawal of subscription, such provisions shall apply.
② If the user has received the Goods, etc., returns or exchanges shall not be permitted in any of the following cases.
1. The Goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the user. However, withdrawal of subscription is permitted if the packaging was damaged only to con rm the contents of the Goods, etc.
2. The value of the Goods, etc. has signi cantly decreased due to the user’s use or partial consumption.
3. The value of the Goods, etc. has signi cantly decreased over time to the extent that resale is di cult.
4. The packaging of the original Goods, etc. has been damaged in cases where replication is possible using Goods, etc. with the same performance.
③ In the cases of Paragraph 2, Items 2 through 4, if the Mall has not clearly indicated in advance in a place easily noticeable to consumers that withdrawal of subscription is restricted, or has not taken measures such as providing trial products, the user’s withdrawal of subscription shall not be restricted.
④ Notwithstanding Paragraphs 1 and 2, if the contents of the Goods, etc. are di erent from the displayed or advertised contents, or are performed di erently from the contract terms, the user may withdraw the subscription within three months from the date of receiving the relevant Goods, etc., or within 30 days from the date the user became aware or could have become aware of such fact.
② If the user has received the Goods, etc., returns or exchanges shall not be permitted in any of the following cases.
1. The Goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the user. However, withdrawal of subscription is permitted if the packaging was damaged only to con rm the contents of the Goods, etc.
2. The value of the Goods, etc. has signi cantly decreased due to the user’s use or partial consumption.

③ In the cases of Paragraph 2, Items 2 through 4, if the Mall has not clearly indicated in advance in a place easily noticeable to consumers that withdrawal of subscription is restricted, or has not taken measures such as providing trial products, the user’s withdrawal of subscription shall not be restricted.
④ Notwithstanding Paragraphs 1 and 2, if the contents of the Goods, etc. are di erent from the displayed or advertised contents, or are performed di erently from the contract terms, the user may withdraw the subscription within three months from the date of receiving the relevant Goods, etc., or within 30 days from the date the user became aware or could have become aware of such fact.
Article 16. E ects of Withdrawal of Subscription
① If the Mall receives returned Goods, etc. from the user, the Mall shall refund the payment already received for the Goods, etc. within three business days. If the Mall delays the refund, it shall pay delay interest calculated by multiplying the delay period by the delay interest rate prescribed in Article 21-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
② When refunding the above payment, if the user paid for the Goods, etc. by credit card, electronic money, or other payment method, the Mall shall promptly request the business operator that provided the payment method to suspend or cancel the billing of the payment.
③ In the case of withdrawal of subscription, the user shall bear the costs required to return the supplied Goods, etc. The Mall shall not claim any penalty or damages from the user on the grounds of withdrawal of subscription. However, if the Goods, etc. are di erent from the displayed or advertised contents, or are performed di erently from the contract terms, and the user withdraws the subscription for such reason, the Mall shall bear the costs required to return the Goods, etc.
④ If the user bore the shipping costs when receiving the Goods, etc., the Mall shall clearly indicate who bears such costs upon withdrawal of subscription so that the user can easily understand.
② When refunding the above payment, if the user paid for the Goods, etc. by credit card, electronic money, or other payment method, the Mall shall promptly request the business operator that provided the payment method to suspend or cancel the billing of the payment.
③ In the case of withdrawal of subscription, the user shall bear the costs required to return the supplied Goods, etc. The Mall shall not claim any penalty or damages from the user on the grounds of withdrawal of subscription. However, if the Goods, etc. are di erent from the displayed or advertised contents, or are performed di erently from the contract terms, and the user withdraws the subscription for such reason, the Mall shall bear the costs required to return the Goods, etc.
④ If the user bore the shipping costs when receiving the Goods, etc., the Mall shall clearly indicate who bears such costs upon withdrawal of subscription so that the user can easily understand.
Article 17. Protection of Personal Information
① When collecting users’ personal information, the Mall shall collect the minimum personal information necessary for providing the Service.
② The Mall shall not collect in advance information necessary for performing purchase contracts at the time of membership registration. However, this shall not apply where identity veri cation is required before a purchase contract in order to ful ll obligations under relevant laws and where the minimum necessary speci c personal information is collected.
③ When the Mall collects and uses a user’s personal information, it shall notify the user of the purpose and obtain consent.
④ The Mall shall not use collected personal information for purposes other than the intended purpose. If a new purpose of use arises or if personal information is provided to a third party, the Mall shall notify the user of the purpose and obtain consent at the stage of use or provision. However, exceptions shall apply where otherwise provided by relevant laws.
⑤ If the Mall is required to obtain the user’s consent under Paragraphs 3 and 4, it shall specify or notify in advance the matters prescribed in Article 22, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., including the identity of the personal information protection o cer a liation, name, telephone number, and other contact information, the purpose of collection and use of information, and matters related to provision of information to third parties recipient, purpose of provision, and contents of information to be provided. The user may withdraw such consent at any time.
⑥ The user may request access to and correction of errors in their personal information held by the Mall at any time, and the Mall is obligated to take necessary measures without delay. If the user requests correction of an error, the Mall shall not use the relevant personal information until the error is corrected.
⑦ For the protection of personal information, the Mall shall limit the number of persons who process users’ personal information to a minimum and shall assume full responsibility for damages incurred by users due to loss, theft, leakage, provision to third parties without consent, alteration, or other misuse of users’ personal information, including credit card and bank account information.
⑧ When the Mall or a third party that has received personal information from the Mall achieves the purpose of collecting or receiving the personal information, it shall destroy the relevant personal information without delay.
⑨ The Mall shall not preselect consent boxes for the collection, use, or provision of personal information. In addition, the Mall shall speci cally state the services that may be restricted if the user refuses consent to the collection, use, or provision of personal information. The Mall shall not restrict or refuse membership registration or other service provision on the grounds that the user refuses consent to the collection, use, or provision of personal information that is not a required collection item.
② The Mall shall not collect in advance information necessary for performing purchase contracts at the time of membership registration. However, this shall not apply where identity veri cation is required before a purchase contract in order to ful ll obligations under relevant laws and where the minimum necessary speci c personal information is collected.
③ When the Mall collects and uses a user’s personal information, it shall notify the user of the purpose and obtain consent.
④ The Mall shall not use collected personal information for purposes other than the intended purpose. If a new purpose of use arises or if personal information is provided to a third party, the Mall shall notify the user of the purpose and obtain consent at the stage of use or provision. However, exceptions shall apply where otherwise provided by relevant laws.

Article 18. Obligations of the Mall
① The Mall shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws or these Terms and Conditions, or acts contrary to public order and morals, and shall make its best e orts to provide Goods and services continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
② The Mall shall establish a security system to protect users’ personal information, including credit information, so that users can safely use the internet service.
③ If the Mall causes damage to a user by engaging in unfair labeling or advertising practices under Article 3 of the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising with respect to products or services, the Mall shall be liable to compensate such damage.
④ The Mall shall not send advertising emails for commercial purposes that users do not wish to receive.

Article 19. Member’s Obligations Regarding ID and Password
① Except for the case under Article 17, the member shall be responsible for managing their ID and password.
② The member shall not allow any third party to use their ID and password.
③ If the member becomes aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, the member shall immediately notify the Mall and follow the Mall’s instructions, if any.

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts.
1. Registering false information when applying or modifying information
2. Misusing another person’s information
3. Changing information posted on the Mall
4. Transmitting or posting information other than information designated by the Mall, such as computer programs
5. Infringing the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Mall or any third party
6. Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of the Mall or any third party
7. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, sounds, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the Mall

Article 21. Relationship Between Linked Mall and Connected Mall
① If an upper-level Mall and a lower-level Mall are connected by hyperlinks or similar methods, including links to text, images, and videos, the former shall be referred to as the “Linked Mall” website and
the latter as the “Connected Mall” website.
② If the Linked Mall clearly states on its initial screen or in a pop-up screen at the time of connection that it does not assume warranty responsibility for transactions between users and the Connected Mall regarding Goods, etc. independently provided by the Connected Mall, the Linked Mall shall not assume warranty responsibility for such transactions.

Article 22. Ownership of Copyright and Restrictions on Use
① Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in works created by the Mall shall belong to the Mall.
② Users shall not use information obtained through the use of the Mall for commercial purposes by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods, or allow any third party to use such information, without the prior consent of the Mall, if the intellectual property rights in such information belong to the Mall.
③ If the Mall uses copyrights belonging to a user pursuant to an agreement, the Mall shall notify the relevant user.
② Users shall not use information obtained through the use of the Mall for commercial purposes by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods, or allow any third party to use such information, without the prior consent of the Mall, if the intellectual property rights in such information belong to the Mall.

① The Mall shall establish and operate a compensation handling organization to re ect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to handle compensation for damages.
② The Mall shall give priority to handling complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt handling is di cult, the Mall shall immediately notify the user of the reason and the processing schedule.
③ In the event of an electronic commerce dispute between the Mall and a user, if the user applies for damage relief, the parties may follow mediation by a dispute mediation organization commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or the mayor or governor of a city or province.

Article 24. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
① Lawsuits concerning electronic commerce disputes between the Mall and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the user’s address at the time of ling.
If there is no address, jurisdiction shall be based on the user’s residence. However, if the user’s address or residence is unclear at the time of ling, or if the user resides overseas,
the lawsuit shall be led with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
② Korean law shall apply to electronic commerce lawsuits led between the Mall and users.
